It depends on which version of ktexteditor and Qt5 you install. AFAIK
the issue is there with KTextEditor 5.38 and 5.39 and Qt < 5.9. Earlier
or later KTextEditor, or Qt >= 5.9 works. You can look the versions up
in your distro's package list.
