[Kwintv] KDETV don't work in KDE 3.5?

I hate to admit this but after buying a WinTV board it took me almost 3
months to truly get it to work fully.  Keep the faith.  Might I suggest that
you run a Live CD of another distribution to see if it works there.  If it
does, the differences in configuration may become more apparent.
