[Kwintv] Correct Gentoo Installation

Hi Diego,

Thanks for reminding me :-). I meant to change it about two weeks ago but 
didn't have time and/or forgot to do it. I will change it ASAP now,

Downloads section should rewrite Gentoo instalation like this:

emerge sync
echo "media-tv/kdetv ~x86" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords
emerge kdetv 

The old way of installing kdetv cause the downgrading of kdetv when the 
system 
is updated.
