[Kwintv] kdetv 0.8.5 released

kdetv 0.8.5 is released. You can download it at the usual places 
(see http://www.kdetv.org)

The most important changes since 0.8.4:

- New feature: v4l2 video plugin for v42l devices
- All TV card controls are accessible in GUI (v4l2 plugin based devices only)
- Menubar is now accessible using the usual keyboard shortcuts
- All plugin actions can now be assigned to shortcuts (teletext, overscan)
- libzvbi proxy daemon support
- libzvbi 0.2.9 crash fix
- Minor user interface cleanups
- The usual minor bugfixes

Binary packages will become available during the next few days.
