[Kwintv] KdeTV documentation

Hi all,
I'm the Italian translator of the KdeTV documentation. There are serious 
problems in .pot file generation. The affected pages are introduction, 
architecture, XVideo plugin, Video4linux, mixer plugins, deinterlacing and 
FAQs.

A lot of the English strings do not make it into the .pot. This yield poor and 
erratic translation of KdeTv documentation in any language. I attach a patch 
to fix this; please apply in kdeetragear-3/doc/kdetv.
