[Kwintv] Using KdeTV without a mouse

Hi,

 Here is a small bug report about the case when you try to use kdetv 
without the mouse. If you invoke the context menu (with the special key 
available on the Win keyboards) there is no way to navigate it in or 
hide. With other applications the menu can be hidden with ESC and you 
can use the cursor keys to navigate. With kdetv ESC doesn't do 
anything, the keys are changing the channel. I suspect a focus stealing 
or wrong keyboard event filtering problem.
