   Wow that's interesting. :)  SuSE must have some strange packaging happening 
because Kdetv doesn't use kwallet.  Ironically I originally created both of 
them. :-)  Anyhow, you need to be using KDE 3.2.  If you are, maybe you can 
force install the RPM and it will work?
