[Kwintv] direct sound

Others on the list will have a far better sense than I of the full range 
of possibilities here - but I will note that, on my system, there is 
never any sound when I start QtVision - the sound only comes on when I 
switch to a different channel, after which everything works fine.  So, 
before digging deep into such things as sending sound direct from the tv 
card, it would be worth changing channels and seeing if that has an impact.
