[Kwintv] Image problems

I am having difficulties getting the picture to come
in clear.  It is definitely not my cable or card since
I have a program to do it in windows also.  Any ideas
on what setting is not correct?  I live in the US and
set the channel scan to us cable b/c thats what we
have....Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
