Hello. Dirk, i have tried your patch a longer time, but it doesn't work always. But there is a solution for OSS / bt848, bt878 users: Using kernel module "tvmixer" (TV card (bt848) mixer support) makes a mixer device accessable, which kdetv can use. regards, Lukas
