Yes, it seems to be part of KDE 3.2. But this is detected during the configure
run, something must be on your system that makes configure think you have KDE
3.2. Looking into the script, it checks for the Qt version to be <= 3.1
(which is a rather strange way to check for a KDE version). I suspect you
have updated your Qt version, or SuSE ships a "too new" version with 9.0.
Maybe you can try to fix it by changing the /usr/lib/qt3 symlink to some
older lib version.
