[Kwintv] BUG: Colour pallette corruption when switching via V4L XVideo port and NVidia XVideo port.

This problem is also persistant across application startup/shutdown. When I 
run xawtv, it shows correct colours. QtVision still shows a bad pallette. 
I'll investigate further.
