[Kwintv] Compil Error : libkdetv.so is not portable!

can you give me a hint what to do against it? IMO libkdetv shouldt be built as 
a static lib instead of a dynamic, and it does not need to be installed (this 
can be changed in the future when there may be more clients using libkdetv, 
but at the moment it is not necessary).
