That's right. But there is no other code showing or hiding the sidebar, so 
that should be no problem. If neccessary, one could create a 
viewChanged(bool) (probably from show/hideEvent()) signal and connect it to 
action->setChecked(bool).

BTW: Is there a KToggleAction that can generically track the visibility state 
of a widget?
