[Kwintv] Channel Import/Export patch

Just updated.
I genarally like it, but had some problems :( since during the upgrade I have 
lost my channel configuration.

I store my channels in /home/channels.xml. When I have upgraded qtvision has 
loaded ~/.kde/share/apps/channels.xml (as the result of the changes in the 
configuration file). That was quite OK.
But then I changed the configuration under the General section to 
/home/channels.xml.
Now here qtvision should load the newly configured file. That did NOT happen.
So when after that the configuration was saved, my /home/channels.xml file was 
overwritten with the contents of ~/.kde/share/apps/channels.xml.

Otherwise I like the changes in the Channel menu (Import/Export).
