[Kwintv] Channel Import/Export

Hi List,

I've finished my channel Import/Export patch. It contains the following 
changes:

- No "Channels->Open" any more. Qtvision always loads and saves channels in 
xml format in file share/apps/qtvision/channels.xml. I think this is a 
convenient behaviour for most people.
- channel file name is not stored in config file any more (and is therefore no 
more device-specific)
- Import and Export submenu entries for each format
- Plugin selection in config dialog is for misc plugins only now
- Channel IO plugins are always enabled

Are these (a little bit drastical) changes OK for everybody? Does anyone need 
to specify a per-device filename?

IMHO, if we want device-specific channels, we should expand our xml file 
instead of using different files.

Caveat: People who have configured their own keyboard accels need to delete 
qtvisionui.rc file in their .kde/share/apps/qtvision dir so they can see the 
"Export" submenu...
