[Kwintv] compilation bombs in the telex plugin (missing XRenderSetPictureTransform)

Hi!

I'm trying to compile qtvision after a while.

I'm getting compilation errors in the telex module because the 
XRenderSetPictureTransform function is not found.

I have seen that there is configuration check for XRender, but it is based on 
XRenderComposite.
Now I have an xfree with the Xrender extension (and with the XRenderComposite 
function), but there is no XRenderSetPictureTransform defined anywhere.

I have XFree86 4.2.1 as supplied with the updates for the Redhat7.3.

I could not find any usefull documentation about Xrender, especially 
XRenderSetPictureTransform, even with Google.

Should I just commit my patch which changes configure.in.in to check for 
XRenderSetPictureTransform instead of XRenderComposite ?
Or there is some better solution?
