[Kwintv] compilation errors

Greetings,
I have searched google, ect for this problem before posting to the list...
I have a slack 9.1 box, downloaded several times from cvs over the last 
month or so in hopes that this is fixed.
someone else reported this problem in january and there was never a 
response, so I will try again
here is the compilation error:
