Maybe not. Try to import a list via "Channels->Import->Local Defaults", you 
will have the SKY frequency (amongst the others) added to the channels list.
If you check out again (just committed it), you have the option to append the 
local list to your current list so it won't be replaced.

Just out of curiosity, does station name detection in the channel wizard work 
in UK, too?
