It appears that kdenonbeta/admin does not exist:

[root@yorik qtvision]# cvs checkout kdenonbeta/admin
cvsro server: warning: new-born kdenonbeta/admin has disappeared
[root@yorik qtvision]#

however the new instructions say to grab kdenonbeta/admin rather than
kde-common/admin
