[Kwintv] [Bug 55783] no sound with kWintv for ensoniq PCI sound card. Sound works on other apps. Mute and unmute do not change state.

Sorry there are many large problems with this code.  It is likely that you are using 
ALSA or something like that, which is not supported.  Please try the rewrite when 
we finally release it.  We will not be doing active development on the old code due 
to deep design problems.
