[Kwintv] clarification

I was a little unclear....

I get the errors when I configure, in the last message.
I have been trying to get kwintv to work but can't... It just won't 
recognize my device. I have an avermedia capture 98 tuner. I can get 
xawtv, tvtime, and zapping to work. I have load v4l in my xf86config file.

I downloaded the latest cvs.

Configured it as ./configure --prefix=/opt/kde3 (because that's where my 
kde is installed)

I erased all config files from previous installations.

So I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
