[Kwintv] naming

Well... KWinTv doesn't sound too bad, but the QtVision is actually constructed 
for _more_ than just WinTV cards, so KTv does sound bad... How about:

KuxTv. 
KScreen
KGlobalVision
KVideoVise
miK
Kpv
...Other ideas?
