[Kwintv] Make error

When trying to install kwintv using the instructions on the web
site I get to the last make && makeinstall in the kwintv
directory and it reports an errors. The first error line seems
top be:

/usr/include/linux/videodev2.h:36: parse error before "stamp_t"

Can anyone suggest what is wrong?

I would also like to know if my video capture card has a driver
under linux so that I can use it with kwintv. Is is a VCD PLUS
2220.
