[Kwintv] CVS does not compile

No, I updated the directory correctly. I just found out what the reason 
was: I simply forgot to do a "make -f Makefile.cvs" before configure so my 
Makefile templates were outdated... Stupid mistake. Well, thanks anyhow 
for your help.
