[Kwintv] fullscreen in kde 3.1

Hi,
You might want to check out the re-write of kwintv (right now it's called 
qtvision).  The instructions for downloading it from cvs and compiling it are 
at kwintv.org.  It's by no means finished but it's quite usable and 
fullscreen works well.
