[Kwintv] cannot setup KDEDIR correctly

Running RH 8.0 and trying to install qtvision per
directions.

When I do the ./configure I get the error:

checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers
installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!
