Are you sure that you are using the latest kde-common module out of the=20
KDE_3_0_BRANCH? Did you create a symbolic link like it says in the=20
instructions? "Makefile.am" is not required anymore and it is generated f=
rom=20
"Makefile.am.in". If it cannot find "Makefile.am" there's something wrong=

with the "admin" directory, the Makefile.am.in, the Makefile.cvs, or your=
=20
build system. I didn't update my own kde-common in quite a while, though,
maybe there's something wrong with the latest version?!
