[Kwintv] Compile Error for current CVS

When I move the include <v4limage.h> below the <limit.h> include I reciev=
e the=20
compile error. For me it works above the <limits.h> include.
I'm using a gcc 3.2 on linux-2.4.19 with glib 2.2.2.
