[Kwintv] V4L and other status

I did a lot of work on the v4l plugin tonight.  It is now configurable, so you 
can choose which output method you like.  There are still some performance 
and clipping problems, missing software scaling, and missing colourspace 
conversions, but I'm working on this stuff now.

If anyone has ALSA and is interested, Dawit checked in the start of an ALSA 
plugin.  I'm sure he wouldn't mind some help with it.  Audio plugins are 
rather easy to write too, so it would be a great project for someone who is 
looking for something quick and easy.
