[Kwintv] Error compiling tonights cvs

Ok, I'll try again and look through the whole process from start to
finish a little more thoroughly and see if I see anything else.

BTW, the problem that has been talked about recently with settings not
being saved, is that the same one that is causing my setup to go back to
PAL after I set it to NTSC and exit and restart?
