Hi!

As far as I remember this is also planned. However, to fix these bugs doe=
s=20
not seem to be trivial - otherwise it would've been done already...

Well, the version in the KDE_2_2_BRANCH is actually meant for KDE2.=20
However, as far as I can recall, that version has also been ported to KDE=
3=20
(which shouldn't have happened). Since I've switched to KDE3 already
I can't test right now whether the version in the KDE_2_2_BRANCH would=20
still run on KDE2, it would be great if someone could test this and repor=
t=20
the results.

The only thing I know for certain is that the HEAD revision works for me=20
(KDE 3.0.1, CVS's KDE_3_0_BRANCH) whereas the one in KDE_2_2_BRANCH
does not.

On www.kwintv.org (Download section) there's a link to the KDE website,
telling you more about how to get something out of CVS. It's still not th=
at=20
easy for someone who does this for the first time, hence my suggestion of=
=20
putting a snapshot somewhere that contains at least the required "admin"=20
directory as well in order to compile the package.

It is available already - in CVS that is.

I decided to migrate to KDE3 when I saw how much KMail has improved. It=20
won't be long until we see KDE 3.0.1, though.

What version of KWinTV are you currently using (or trying to use)?

Regards, Stefan.
