Wayland plasma window management interface

Last update on this: the root cause of my issue was that I did not use the
existing wl_display (through the QNativeInterface) but I created a new one
by calling wl_display_connect. Now I do the former and all is good (ofc no
need to call wl_display_dispatch).

Thanks,
Viet
