questions about moving window on kwin wayland

It's a bit like. But I mean making the picture keep above, and then move
the picture to the right place. This is a pinned picture. and what I want
to do is to align it with the content on the screen. so I need to move the
window of the picture.

Thanks a lot! I think kwin script might can solve the problem.(though I
don't know anything about JS😢)
