PATCH: custom mouse accel curves in libinput/wayland

Makes it a lot easy to click on tiny buttons (like maximize/close).

It also makes behavior feel more like windows (and there seems to be a
clear attempt by KDE to feel similar to the good parts of windows, which I
appreciate)
