help on kwin source build

If your goal is to just use kwin, I'd suggest using the one from the
distro of your choice always.

Note that Kubuntu 21.04 has been released today and it has Qt 5.15 and
a bunch of dependencies newer including Plasma 5.21. That said, you'll
still have to build a bunch of dependencies even there since our
repositories need fresh versions of others (like KF or other Plasma
repos like KWayland-Server)
