  @romangg, in T11520 <https://phabricator.kde.org/T11520>, @thiagosueto has proposed exactly the kind of comprehensive overview of all shortcuts that you requested. And [Meta] + [Ctrl] + [arrows] is what's currently listed for moving between virtual desktops. Since I know you're interested in looking at the keyboard shortcuts throughout KWin and Plasma from a 10,000 foot view, maybe you'd like to look at the overall plan in T11520 <https://phabricator.kde.org/T11520> and see if it makes sense to you?
