D26311: Handle output logical size changes

REVISION SUMMARY
  The logical size of an output can be explicitly set through the output
  management protocol. In this case calculate a view geometry, that is centered
  on the output.

TEST PLAN
  Tested with two outputs having different aspect ratios.
