Archived "ktechlab-0.3" repositories on github, use "ktechlab" repo instead

Hi,

there has been no activity on ktechlab/ktechlab-0.3 and
zoltanp/ktechlab-0.3 repositories, so I have marked them archive. The
active github repository is ktechlab/ktechlab, which contains all the
history data (including non-merged commits from SVN trunk from
Sourceforge). The official git repository of KTechLab is at KDE:

https://cgit.kde.org/ktechlab.git/

Note that KDE people are discussing migration to Gitlab, so it is possible
that KDE Git will migrate to a Gitlab instance hosted at KDE [1].
