Yeah, I think it has a mechanism to add in customized cflags. I forgot
how I did it, it's been like two years, but either during config or make
you can say something like "XCPPFLAGS=" or something, and it will simply
append whatever you put there to the compile command line.
I think a great deal has been learned from the first attempt to port to
KDE4, I think it is time to try again, WITHOUT KDEPLATFORM!!!! =\
