[Ktechlab-devel] No rule to make libtechmath.la

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. The current autotools build
process is obsolescent and difficult to get right, kdevelop is a fairly
complex project too.

I just submitted some selected files from my working copy, hopefully
that will clear your issue. It's probably just build order...
