  Are the equations wrong or just some constants are incorrectly set?

  I think we should add some properties/parameters to the MOSFET in the  
GUI, for instance channel length, channel width, current density,  
threshold voltage, ... , such that we could get some decent  
characteristics. A waveform/signal plotter would be quite useful to see  
the characteristics.
