The committee idea is a good one. I've been out of the loop..been out of
 town and involved in 50 million other things lately.. moving out of
state is hard!

I think we should allow for volunteering. If the project grew to, say,
100+ devs, then elections would be in order but with this small group
there are barely enough active people to cover the spots listed.

As for me, I've got a couple of side projects going to help me get up to
speed on QT4/KDE4 coding. I haven't messed with them and need to get my
chops up a bit before I actually *change* anything, haha. Therefore, I
volunteer for the Intern/Gopher position (not listed).
