[Ktechlab-devel] Oscilloscope updates merged

I just posted a changeset that is about 90% an overhaul of the
Oscilloscope classes.

I am concerned though because my older source seemed to conflict with
changes Jonathan Myers made. I banged on it just enough to make it
compile and test well, however I hope Johnathan will have a look and see
what I might have broken.
