[Ktechlab-devel] French GUI

Hi,

I'm happy to know that the ktechlab project, which is a great project, isn't 
definitively dead.
I plan to frenchify the GUI as soon as somebody does something to build the 
pot and po files.
I'm a SF registred user: dionysos-sf;
