[Ktechlab-devel] German translation

Forget the translation I submitted yesterday. This one is much improved and 
should be suitable for a release now. But please contact the list a few days 
before, nevertheless. There are some shortcut problems left.
Some questions:
What about the string 'error_messages_en_gb', will I have to translate this to 
something like 'error_messages_de_de'?
There are some untranslateable strings including the new options in svn, if it 
helps I can make a list.
