I've committed a "fix" to SVN, whereby the contexthelp editor replaces
instances of non-latin1 characters with their corresponding HTML code (e.g.
"Ӓ").
So this should fix the ohm and infinite symbols. But umlauts come under
"latin1" characters, and so definitely should be saved fine. It is possible
that the html used requires the character encoding specified somewhere...
