Ah, ok. Yes, making it a frontend for an existing, known-good and maintained
simulation tool might be best. Can't say I really know how to do this though.

That's nice. Success is good.

Indeed, it's a highly usable program, especially compared to some others. I
can understand the lack of time/inclination, I have a tendency to go from one
project to the next myself.

Right now though, I would like to do some work on this one... But I think
there's little point in working on outdated code (I'm assuming some things
have changed in svn since 0.3), so wanted the latest code. Which I couldn't
get from svn. Would you happen to have a copy of the latest code, that you
could pack up and send me?

Hmm, sounds interesting. And unfortunate about the simulator.

Makes me think of something that happened to me with it. I had made some
subcircuits and stuff, using mostly logic and transistors. I had one that
takes a set of inputs, plus a voltage source, and gives a set of outputs. It
seemed to work just fine, except some oddity about amps, so I added an
ampmeter between the voltage source and the subcircuit. The circuit went
dead. Disconnect the ampmeter(not just short it), and it comes back on. I
found that it also came back on if I added a 1-ohm resistor in series with
the ampmeter. Strange stuff.
