KStars 3.8.3 Released!

Hello everyone,

I'm glad to announce the release of KStars 3.8.3 for Linux, MacOS, and
Windows. The official MacOS release is for MacOS Intel, but we also have a
release for arm64 now thanks to KDE's Craft system. While there are
probably no notable differences between the two versions concerning KStars
itself, the supported INDI drivers differ between them.

Not all binary manufacturers' supplied SDK libraries that support arm64 (or
universal) libraries yet, so it might offer a more limited selection of
native drivers than its x86_64 counterpart. Nevertheless, it would be great
if you can test the arm64 version here:
