Nightly ARM64 Flatpak for KStars?

Hello Ben,

I submitted a PR for a nightly flatpak for arm64:

Any updates on this? If we can just limit this to selected applications
that require it like KStars, it would be appreciated.

Roughly half the install base are running KStars on Raspberry PI and since
we want to promote flatpak use, a nightly flatpak is great to test out the
latest features in KStars before official release.
